Please find enclosed your invitation to the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Association. As per the provisions outlined in our Constitution, all members in good standing are entitled to participate in the decision-making process.   

Voting can be conducted online, by proxy, or in person. Each registered property holds one vote. In cases where a property is jointly owned, all co-owners will collectively have one vote.   We kindly request that all attendees pre-register for access to ensure a smooth and efficient AGM.   

We wish to remind Sectional Title owners that the Oubaai Home Owners Association only manages the Ordinary Base, Capital Contribution Levies, and water & electricity consumption and associated billing. Your appointed managing agent will handle all sectional title contributions and CSOS levies.

Village Defined Levy

The village-defined levy is a defined fee imposed on all Full Title Village Units within the estate.

This levy is crucial for the maintenance, management, and enhancement of our Village Units and beautiful gardens etc.  

Sectional Title units is managed and maintained by the appointed management agent. 

Capital Budgets

Capital levies are special levies imposed on homeowners to fund major capital projects and significant infrastructure improvements within the Oubaai community.

 These levies are typically separate from regular maintenance levies and are used for long-term investments that enhance the value and functionality of our shared spaces. 

Proposed Changes to Constitution

 From time to time, it may become necessary to amend or update the constitution to better reflect the evolving needs and priorities of our homeowners.
