We are pleased to inform you that the Oubaai Homeowners Association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 20 Aug 2026, at 17:30. All members are encouraged to attend. Registration will start at 16h00.

The meeting will be hosted electronically, but members are also welcome to attend in person at the Oubaai Hotel’s Ball Room. Following our Constitution, all members in good standing are invited to attend and participate in the decision-making process.
Voting will be available online, by proxy, or in person. Each registered property is entitled to one vote. For jointly owned properties, co-owners will collectively have a single vote. In due course, you will receive an access email that you can use if you wish to participate online. If you will be participating in the room, you will be registered on arrival.
Please note that proposed amendments to the Constitution and other governance documents will not be presented at this year’s AGM. The Board of Trustees has resolved to defer consideration of these matters to a future AGM or EGM to ensure sufficient time for a thorough consultation and member participation process. Any proposed changes will be considered separately at a later date following comprehensive member engagement.
